Refund policy

Due to the nature of artwork, we do not offer returns or exchanges for change of mind. All artwork is handled with the utmost care during the printing, framing, and packaging process.

If your artwork or its frame is damaged in transit, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. Include photographs of the packaging before opening the delivery, and then photograph the damaged artwork inside. To start a return, or for any questions, you can contact us at hello@rachelleholowko.com.

If your return is approved, we’ll provide a shipping label and instructions for sending your artwork back in its original box or tube. Items returned without prior approval cannot be accepted, and a receipt or proof of purchase will be required..

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Refunds
Once we’ve received and inspected your returned artwork, we’ll let you know if a replacement or refund is approved. If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, please contact us at hello@rachelleholowko.com.
