My journey to becoming a full-time artist hasn’t been a straight line, but it’s been one that’s brought me exactly where I need to be.

I started out in musical theatre, working as a sound technician. While that chapter of my life was full of travel and fun, I was always drawn to art. I then worked as a surface pattern designer and later started my own business, helping others learn how to design beautiful patterns and build their businesses.

Even though I loved what I was doing, my heart kept pulling me toward painting. I work in my studio here in Melbourne, Australia, where I feel deeply connected to the natural beauty around me. The desire to create with colour and texture, to bring something uniquely mine into the world, grew too strong to ignore.

So, I took the leap and committed fully to painting. It’s been the most fulfilling decision I’ve ever made.

Now, I’m creating art that’s full of colour, movement, and joy—the kind of joy I’ve always carried with me. It feels like coming home, and I’m excited to share this new chapter with you.
